Our courier is unable to make deliveries or collections on any UK Bank (Public) Holidays.

If a Bank Holiday falls on a Friday, deliveries or in-person Post Office returns will need to be made on the last working day prior.

If a Bank Holiday falls on a Monday, collections or in-person Post Office returns will need to be made on the next working day after.

Unless stated, bookings that include a delivery/collection day that falls on a Bank Holiday will be charged an additional day's rental rate to cover the extended rental duration. This additional day's rental rate is charge per headset, per Bank Holiday (day) incurred.

We will deliver to anywhere in the UK mainland using a courier for a separate courier's fee. This courier fee covers both delivery and collection of your rental by courier. The courier fee is £35 for 1-2 headsets (9kg), £50 for 3-4 headsets (18kg) or £65 for 5-6 headsets (27kg).

National courier deliveries are delivered anywhere between 9am-12pm on your rental start date.

A tracking number will be provided to you allowing you to track your delivery and view the hourly timeslot that the courier has assigned to deliver to you on the day. All deliveries will be made before 12pm.

Collections by courier are made anytime between 9am-5:30pm on your rental end date. Our courier advises that they are unable to provide you with a more specific time-slot for when they are due to collect from your address.

Our courier will collect your rental from any UK mainland address (England, Wales, Scotland). It does not have to be the same address that your headset was delivered to originally (i.e can collect from your work address).

If someone is not going to be home / available all day on the collection date, then you can opt to return / drop-off the rental at any UK post office in-person. A post-office drop off must be booked with us in advance of your delivery. A £10 discount will be applied to your booking if you choose to return / drop off your rental in-person at any UK post office.

A minimum rental duration applies to all bookings.
-
Rental durations start at 12pm on the day that your rental box is delivered. Deliveries will be made before 12pm, collections by 5:30pm. Customers can also opt for an in-person rental return/drop off at a local Post Office if required.

Delivery fees are in addition to the quoted per-headset cost shown and are subject to availability upon enquiry.

We do not deliver or collect a VR rental box to/from customers on a Saturday or Sunday. Rentals for weekend use are for a 72 hours duration and will be delivered by 12pm on a Friday - collected by 5:30pm on a Monday.

An adult over 18 years old must sign for and take receipt of the delivery/collection at your home address. A delivery or collection will not be made, or left unattended, without a valid customer signature.

We regret that we are unable to offer delivery to residential addresses located outside of England, Wales and Scotland. We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or UK BFPO addresses.

Signed rental agreement, photo ID and x2 forms of proof address is required for every booking.
