We've put together some helpful answers to common questions about our VR headset home rental service below.

  • How does courier collection work?
    At the end of your VR home rental duration, simply put everything back into the secure VR rental box, affix the pre-printed returns label we supply and await for our courier to arrive. Our courier will collect your rental box between 9am-5:30pm directly from your doorstep. It's so easy and hassle free!
  • How does the drop off in-person at any UK Post Office work?
    At the end of a rental, we offer our customers the option to drop their rental box off at any UK Post Office on the agreed return date*. Instead of waiting in at home for a courier to arrive, customers can choose to drop their rental off at a Post Office at a time to suit them during the day. At the end of your VR home rental duration, simply put everything back into the secure VR rental box, affix the pre-printed Post Office label we supply and drop the parcel off at any UK post office yourself, in-person. The Post Office will scan the parcel and take receipt of it before delivering back to us. *Please note: A Post Office drop-off must be pre-booked with us prior to the delivery of your headsets.
  • What is a returns label?
    A returns label is information (pre-completed) which informs the courier what is contained in the parcel.
  • Do I have to be in to have my rental box collected?
    Somebody must be at the collection address to hand the rental parcel over to the courier when they arrive. The main hirer is responsible for the goods until they are collected by the courier. Please see the booking terms for more information. If you are not available between 9am-5:30pm or do not wish to wait around during the day, then you may want to consider our Post Office in-person drop off service.

  • How do I contact you?

Customers that have booked with will be given access to our free online support portal containing helpful guides, tutorials, videos and how-to guides for all common issues. Due to rising costs, all technical support is now provided digitally (via email) for issues that are not answered in our online support portal. Our office can no longer be contacted via telephone.
  • Can I call you?

  • What VR headsets do you use?
    We rent the Meta Quest or Meta Quest 2 depending on availability. These headsets are the best stand-alone headsets that do not require another device such as a desktop PC to run the games. We are unable to guarantee which Meta Quest headset version that will be rented to you, however we endeavour to supply customers with our stock of Meta Quest 2 headsets when available.
  • What games come pre-installed to play on the headsets?
    Please see our list of games that come pre-installed and ready to play on each headset here.
  • I have an Meta Quest headset already, can I rent another headset to play with a friend?
    Absolutely, you'll be able to add your existing headset as a 'friend' within our rental headset. Once added, you'll be able to play together inside the same multiplayer games (provided both headsets have the same multiplayer game installed).
  • Can I login to my own Meta Quest account to play games I have already purchased?
    No, this is not supported on our headsets.
  • Can I wear glasses whilst using the headset?
    Yes absolutely! There is enough room inside the headset to allow for most frames. The measurements for inside the headset are a height of 5cm and a width of 13cm. Some types of lenses such as bi-focal or vari-focal may make it difficult to see.
  • Where can I use the headset?
    You can use the headset standing or sitting down. When choosing a location to play, be mindful of any objects which you could potentially collide with so it is best used in a clear space of at least 1mx1m or greater. Our headsets must not be operated outside as they will not work properly.
  • Do I need a WiFi network to play?
    Yes, you will need to connect to a WiFi network to use our VR rental headsets.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    Currently we deliver to mainland UK addresses only. We do not deliver to Ireland, the Channel Islands and some areas of the UK that are remote.
  • How does delivery work?
    We use a courier service that will deliver before 12pm on the first day of your rental period. We'll deliver a secure VR rental box containing everything you need to play directly to your doorstep. At the end of your VR home rental duration, simply put everything back into the secure VR rental box, affix the pre-printed returns label we supply and await for our courier to arrive. Our courier will collect your rental box between 9am-5:30pm directly from your doorstep. It's so easy and hassle free!
  • What are your delivery costs?
    If you wish to rent 1 or 2 headsets, the delivery cost is £35*. For 3-4 headsets, the delivery cost is £50*. For 5-6 headsets, the delivery cost is £65*. *Delivery fees are in addition to the quoted per-headset cost shown and are subject to availability upon enquiry.
  • Can you deliver to non-residential addresses?
    This is sometimes possible, please contact us for more information. We regret that we are unable to offer delivery to residential addresses located outside of England, Wales and Scotland. We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or UK BFPO addresses.
  • Do I have to be in to sign for my delivery or can it be left unattended?
    Somebody must be at home to take receipt of the delivery/collection at your home address. A delivery or collection will not be made, or left unattended, without a valid customer signature.

  • Oculus Quest VR headset(s) with protective hygiene covers.

  • Set(s) of Oculus Quest handheld VR controllers with protective hygiene covers.

  • Pre-loaded VR games all ready to play in the headset(s). No PC or equipment needed.

  • Set of hygiene eye masks.

  • Set of spare AA controller batteries and headset charging cable(s).

  • An easy setup welcome guide and instruction manual.

  • Pre-printed returns label ready to affix to your VR rental box for courier collection at the end of your rental.

  • Packing tape to re-seal the discreet delivery box packaging at the end of your rental.

  • Free telephone support between 10am-8pm.

  • A minimum rental duration applies to all bookings.

  • Rental durations start at 12pm on the day that your rental box is delivered. Deliveries will be made before 12pm, collections by 5pm on the specific days.

  • Delivery fees are in addition to the quoted per-headset cost shown and are subject to availability upon enquiry.

  • Due to increased courier costs, we do not deliver or collect a VR rental box to/from customers on a Saturday or Sunday. Rentals for weekend use are for a 72 hours duration and will be delivered by 12pm on a Friday - collected by 5pm on a Monday.

  • An adult over 18 years old must sign for and take receipt of the delivery/collection at your home address. A delivery or collection will not be made, or left unattended, without a valid customer signature.

  • We regret that we are unable to offer delivery to residential addresses located outside of England, Wales and Scotland. We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or UK BFPO addresses. 

  • Signed rental agreement, photo ID and x2 forms of proof address is required for every booking.
